Special Access Needs

To those with physical challenges: the physical setting of this conference requires a great deal of walking and stair climbing. The dorms are not equipped with elevators, so please request a room on the first floor of the nearest dorm, if needed. A limited number of single rooms are also available upon request and require an additional $25 fee. Every effort will be made to meet special needs, but they must be identified at the time of registration or as soon as possible. For those who find long walks a challenge, rides to and from workshops and all conference activities are provided by golf carts
